Thank you very much for presenting at the BNCT International Symposium. We would like to ask for your cooperation regarding the following points: 

• Slide Submission 

We would like to have all your slides loaded onto the computer before the session begins.

Please save your slides to a USB drive and bring it to the computer operator before the session.

•  Media Check 

If your presentation includes video files, please check yourself to ensure that any video presentations play properly.

• Time Allocation

You have 20 minutes for your presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.

After 20 minutes, we will let you know that you have 2 minutes remaining (likely by holding up a sign).

• Seating During the Session 

Since we have a very tight schedule, please stay close to the podium during your session.
